Great people on staff. Very neat and organized. Well lighted. Pleasant facility for storage. Bathroom facilities always clean and well stocked. Climate controlled. Good location just off hwy 77 on Gold Hill Road.
I just moved to Fort Mill in March 2017 from Michigan and they are right next door to my apartment. Lori was so helpful and so nice and professional when helping me pick my unit. Just the other day I decided to move to the next size up as I’m finding I have a few more things to store and running out of space in my current unit. She again was so helpful with the transfer. Better Box storage is one of the nicest storage places I’ve ever used. It’s very clean and the climate is just right for your things. I highly recommend them!!
Better Boxes Storage Company is by far an exceptional climate control storage company. The storage building is very clean and extremely secure. Customer service is outstanding as well. Alice Lutz, Assistant Manager was very professional and attentive to my rental needs. She made the entire rental process as effortlessly for me as possible as I was moving to South Carolina from Georgia. From speaking with Alice on my space needs to signing the contracts online to knowing what to expect upon arrival to Better Boxes when I arrived after closing hours. In addition Alice gave me her cell phone number just in case I needed her when I arrived after normal business hours. I must say, she is customer service at it's finest!
Very clean and affordable facility. The manager/owner Lorrie is fantastic. She helps any way possible and is always smiling. They occasionally have free fun events for children which is great!
I am so thrilled with Better Boxes storage facility. Not only is the staff warm and friendly, they also are very helpful and courteous. I was at another local storage facility before this one. Although, very nice people as well an a clean new facility, the set up was awful and I never felt safe there. Not to mention getting in and out of the parking lot was terrible. I am so happy we found Better Boxes. Awesome!
