Simply one of the worst Wendy's I've had to deal with. Today was the second time I've spent over a half an hour in the drive thru. I thought the first time was just a fluke, but, let me tell you, everyone there simply acts like they have no regard for anyone. Unorganized, rude, clueless. It wasn't always this bad, so, I blame management! They don't want to listen, they don't have patience. When I ask " could you give me a second?" I hear in response a frustrated grunt, and "Excuse me?? Are you ready to order yet??" Then the order on screen is wrong, and I point it out, and am again met with attitude. It took 4 different people to give me my food! Fries were cold, lids to drinks looked like they got ran over before trying to struggle to put them on. I'm sorely disappointed in them.
Pretty terrible; start your order by being told to wait, place your order with a complete lack of confidence, watch lethargy at its peek while you wait for your food, get your food with a dead eyed stare and not a word, and finally drive away to find it is wrong but it is not worth ever going back to get it wrong again.
It's never very good here. Service is always terribly slow. Tonight at 6pm they were out of baked potatoes, Caesar salads, and Sprite. The management just never seems to care. I don't know why he come back.
Use 2 be a rlly good Wendy’s but going there tonight sucked employees were rude couldn’t even give my wife ketchup. Lady in the back cooking had her hair all down. And shaking it around. Just very disappointed
Girl was very nice. Took forever to get food Store open with no help. Needs a upgrade in MGMT looks like.
