Henderson recently took over the management of our HOA and we've already seen a difference. Up until recently many of my neighbors were not keeping their yards up and were parking cars on the grass and lots of other stuff that made the neighborhood look bad. Henderson has really worked hard to enforce the rules in our neighborhood so things are looking much better. I want to sell my house in a year or so I want the neighborhood to look good to potential buyers.
In our community they are there only because the DEVELOPER still has the majority say on our HOA voting and they pick them.
They are terrible - can hardly ever get them to respond and accomplish NOTHING!
Henderson could are less in my opinion
hard to find the location and no one is available when we Need them. no one is accountable for anything and discrimination because of an accent. worst company.
