Absolute terrible service. The plumber came over and worked on my kitchen sink for about 2 1/2 hours and said he couldn't fix the sink because he doesn't have a camera to see what is clogging the drain up and even made it worse. My kitchen sink was clogged so we had him come out to snake the drain, the plumber said he went about 200 feet and couldn't go any further and he would recommend someone to me that has a camera to see what the problem was. So i called my insurance and they had someone come out with a camera and it wasn't 200 feet in to the drain that was the problem. It was literally about 20 feet deep into the drain that was clogged and they were able to unclog it for me. So do not hire these guys, they do not have the right equipment and will waste your time and money because I was still charged $275 for nothing because he couldn't unclog the drain but was charged for that plumbers time which wasn't worth it because he did nothing to help me. I should get in the plumbing business and come to people's houses without the proper equipment and tell them the problem is more than I can fix and then charge them $275, sounds like a brilliant plan to me!
Fling was able to repair my water main leak very quickly that was caused by my Dad's handy work falling apart. My water was restored within a hour of their arrival. The crew was very friendly and enoyable. I will definitly call them in the future with any plumbing projects I need work on.
Wish I had more to say but after 3 business days of calling and Fling promising a plumber would be here, no one showed. We continued to call and were promised that someone would be here and they never showed.
