I ordered a large they gave me a medium told me they were all out of larges. They did offer me another medium but I would've had to wait.
Could not deliver pizza due to firing the driver that shift. Not the first time they couldnt deliver due to a similar reason. Must not want to make money. Dont bother if you want delivery!
Pizza is good, they get it right every time. Fast service too!
Great experience! (first time Ive gone online to give any place a review, good or bad, going above and beyond in this case because this store consistantly has for us). The staff from our first order has been willing to go out of their way for us, always been very friendly while giving great service- the food without fail is correct, delicious and arrives hot and in a hurry. Definitely recommend this location to anyone else in fort mill area!
Ordered pizza at 7:50, was told it would take about 45 minutes. A little over an hour later I called and was told he would be here any minute. 30 minutes later I called again, and again was told driver left with my order so would definitely be there soon. After another 30 minutes I called again to speak to manager, she told me that my order had accidentally been marked as completed. I had already paid when I placed the order and really didn't want to leave, so I asked if they would make me a fresh one and bring it straight to me. The manager actually told me it would be 2 hours for them to bring it to me 5 miles away. After I had waited almost 3 hours already!!! I ended up driving there to pick up my pizza, the manager "said" she would give me $15 credit, I already paid a delivery fee so after that I wasn't even getting half price off the pizza. Needless to say they no longer have my business.
