All in all, we'll stay there again, but I will make my room preferences known when I book, rather than leaving it to the desk clerk.
The hotel is only 6 months old and is very nice. Hope they keep it up.
The breakfast was better than average compared to most breakfast-included places. The pancake maker was a welcome departure from the typically nasty waffle makers.
First, be aware that you have to go the long way around to get in because the front entrance is closed because so many people were using their parking lot as a cut through.
Everything looked clean until we pull covers back on the bed. Stains on the sheets. Dead skin and hair all over the bed. Was shocked because the hotel is fairly new. We changed rooms and noticed whoever the housekeeper is on the 4th floor is not doing a good. The sink in bathroom still had toothpaste splatter on the faucet and the shower door had soap still on it. Very disappointed.
Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is only 100 days old so everything still new. Also became a member so i got $169 room for $125 saved me $44!! I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent hotel that is clean, comfortable and great hospitality.
The facility is very modern and clean. Tiffany and her staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. This is my favorite hotel in the area.
Second, I'm giving them 4 instead of 5 because of my check in experience. When I was told they were not busy at all, I asked if there was a 1st floor handicap accessible room. The response was "I've already got your room assigned to you." It wasn't critical, but some flexibility would have been appreciated.
Very new hotel, even had the "new building smell." Front desk staff was extremely nice at check in. My room was very clean and up to date. The bathroom was particularly nice. No issues sleeping, quiet building. The breakfast was pretty good also for a hotel breakfast. The area around the hotel was nice and not sketchy at all.
