They didn't have the tires I wanted in-stock, however a neighboring Firestone store had them. They called the other store and had the tires delivered within an hour. Fast, friendly, and most importantly the job was done correctly.
Charge too much - the sales person says the same lame stuff to every customer. "I applied discounts etc to get you a better price" yet the price is as high if not higher than anywhere around (for tires). I feel like we got ripped off but, we did get the tire. Go here if you must
Always get great honest service from the entire staff here. From the manager to all of the technicians the entire staff does a great job. Very convenient for the Baxter / Tega Cay area.
